Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, lead times vary by product. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We will provide estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee exact timelines due to the artisanal process and supply conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods via trusted third-party processors.

All payments must be received in full before production begins or goods are shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
